How ready is your enterprise for the transformation already underway?
This test harness uses the current workbook for questions, answer mappings, dimension roll-ups, holistic findings, and encoded system/GATE priorities, plus the defined V1 interaction, context, and dimension-priority rules.

Understanding Enterprise Readiness
Enterprise Readiness is the organization's structural and behavioral ability to absorb, execute, and sustain change predictably. It is not a project gate or a maturity score. It is the operating condition that allows new capability to become reliable new ways of working without depending on heroics, exceptions, or informal workarounds.
Understanding SCALE
Standardize creates institutional clarity. Centralize creates shared reality. Align turns strategy into shared priorities and trade-offs. Lead reinforces the behaviors required when pressure rises. Engage converts operational knowledge into enterprise intelligence.
How SCALE Works as a System
SCALE is not linear and it is not a checklist. The five conditions reinforce one another. Standardize and Centralize create structural integrity; Centralize and Align create strategic clarity; Align and Lead create behavioral reinforcement; Lead and Engage create trust; Engage and Standardize create accurate current-state visibility.
How to Read Your Results
PROTECT — Consistently Present and Used
The condition is established and reliably governs practice.
SHARPEN — In Place but Inconsistent
The condition is present, but meaningful variation remains.
ENFORCE — In Place but Not Reliably Used
The condition is established, but does not reliably govern practice.
ESTABLISH — Not Sufficiently in Place
The condition is not sufficiently established to support predictable execution.
EXPLORE — Insufficient Information
There is not enough information to reliably determine the condition.
About This Assessment
This report is a diagnostic mirror based on self-reported answers to 15 readiness scenarios. Each SCALE dimension uses three signals, which are rolled up through pattern-based rules rather than numeric averages. Holistic findings, interactions, context, and priorities are then resolved deterministically from those results.
